BridMet is a bespoke metal fabrication company that was established in February 2005 in Bridport, Dorset. We began trading as Bridport Metalwork under the sole ownership of Gary Hedges, however we became incorporated in 2008 due to the rapid growth of the business.

At BridMet we offer a complete metal design, fabrication and installation service which includes CNC folding, welding and sheet metalwork.

We operate at a national level within three key market areas which have been identified as Trade and Industry, Designer and Groups and Authorities. In addition we also offer Domestic services for customers within the South West of England, throughout Dorset and parts of Devon and Somerset. Our sectors section within this site offers further details of how we identify our markets and the type of projects we carry-out.

Our workforce is made up of experienced and highly skilled engineers who are capable of fabricating any design from the most complex factory unit to a small custom made piece of furniture. We regularly carryout prototype projects for our commercial customers, which like all our commissions, are finished to the highest specification.

Our workshop has the latest machine equipment and hand tools and we provide a complete personal and professional service, maintaining the small business philosophy in which we founded upon.
